Arteco Partners is a community-minded builder and innovative operator of new and adaptive-reuse and mixed-use projects. We have developed historic, cultural, academic and arts-themed projects in nine Southern California cities. Based in downtown Pomona, California and led by brothers Jerry and Ed Tessier, Arteco’s development approach and management expertise thrives in pedestrian scale, mixed-use, historic and cultural environments, Arteco Partners most often works in public-private partnership with municipal agencies and with non-profit educational, arts, and historic preservation organizations. Arteco has renovated and re-positioned over 500,000 square feet of historic buildings (more than 30 buildings), many of which have local, state or national designations. Arteco has been selected by several government entities to save historic landmarks and develop cultural arts developments. Arteco operates multiple entertainment and special events locations and each has extensive community-based non-profit programming, such as the 2,000 person capacity Pomona Fox Theater, Padua Hills Theater, and Vail Headquarters.
After developing and operating multiple restaurants, Arteco started a Culinary Concept Division in 2017 which is opening three food halls in the Inland Empire, including the now open Riverside Food Lab. The Tessier family donates over 40,000 square feet to arts and educational nonprofits and, through its philanthropy and pro-bono services, supports many local nonprofits. It is also founded, built and operated community service providers and nonprofits, most notably the community and collegiate art exhibition space, the Progress Galleries, and the 750-student charter School of Arts & Enterprise. Arteco has worked with the Claremont Museum of Art, American Museum of Ceramic Art, Cal Poly Pomona, Western University of Health Sciences, Cal State Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Fair, the DA Center for the Arts, and numerous other educational and arts organizations.

Stefanos Polyzoides earned a B.A. and M.Arch degree in Architecture and Planning from Princeton University. His career has engaged a broad span of architecture and urbanism, its history, theory, education and design. He is a co- founder of the Congress for the New Urbanism and, with his wife Elizabeth Moule, a partner in Moule & Polyzoides, a Pasadena, California practice since 1990.
The firm has an international reputation for design innovation and a strong track record demonstrated in over 300 completed projects. Its work has been published worldwide, showcased in various museum and university exhibitions and has received numerous awards for excellence. It is accomplished in producing beautiful and appropriate individual buildings, as well as master plans for districts, neighborhoods, towns and cities. Its award-winning design team has produced significant theoretical and practical advances in the areas of urbanism and housing. In Claremont, Moule and Polyzoides have worked extensively with the Claremont Colleges. Moule and Polyzoides devised the Master Plan for both Scripps College and Pomona College, and led the design of Scripps College New Hall and Sallie Tiernan Field House.

Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is an award-winning employee-owned firm. Fuscoe provides civil engineering for land development and public infrastructure, using an eco-adaptive® approach. Specialty practices include survey and mapping, stormwater management, sustainable site design, and geospatial technology services. The firm's project bandwidth spans commercial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, and residential developments, as well as public streets and parks. On-going company objectives include developing leading-edge engineering solutions while promoting sensitivity to the environment. Fuscoe has offices in Irvine, Los Angeles, San Diego, Ontario, El Centro, and San Ramon.

Verdical Group is a highly qualified, full-service, green building consulting firm, headquartered in Los Angeles, California. We have experience on more than 200 high-performance building efforts and have worked on a wide variety of building types. Verdical Group staff specialize in certification project management (LEED, Envision, Living Building Challenge, WELL, etc.), Zero Net Energy (ZNE) consulting, energy modeling, commissioning and related sustainable design services. We are a California-based firm with deep knowledge of CALGreen code green building requirements and the relationship to LEED, ZNE, commissioning and sustainable design.
The name "Verdical" is derived from the Latin root for "green" and plays on the word "vertical" – signifying the value created through green building strategies. The firm advises on sustainability strategy with our client’s bottom line in mind.
